Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or GED
A quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home with a reliable computer and internet connection
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
