This is a fully remote, long-term temporary opportunity for a highly motivated and bilingual professional who is fluent in both Portuguese and English and resides in the Eastern Time Zone of the US. As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to small business clients, helping them resolve issues, and make the most of their Indeed accounts. **What You’ll Do** • Deliver exceptional support to small business clients via phone, chat, and email, helping them resolve issues and make the most of their Indeed accounts • Take a consultative approach to understanding client needs and delivering thoughtful, solutions-oriented guidance • Educate clients on Indeed's growing suite of products to ensure they get maximum value and results • Meet and exceed client experience metrics such as CSAT and conversion rates • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Operations, Search Quality, and Aggregation to troubleshoot and elevate the client experience • Thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and feedback-rich environment where continuous learning is the norm **What You Bring** • 1+ year of experience in customer service or B2B client support • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal) – this is a must • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and systems • Experience with online advertising, SEM, PPC, recruitment marketing, or staffing is a strong plus • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team that values both experimentation and excellence **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we are committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and growth.
