**Experienced Bilingual Outbound Sales/Customer Service Representative – Health and Wellness Industry**

We're proud to offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and collaboration. **Job Description** As a Remote Outbound Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to potential new members and explaining the benefits of our health and wellness services. You'll be the first point of contact for most people, so your ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds is crucial. Your role will involve: * Making high-volume outbound calls to potential new members (an average of 70+ calls per day) * Following a call script without sounding like you're reading off of it – making it sound like your own and being engaging on the phone * Setting up packages of appointments with Registered Dietitians * Addressing any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition, and escalating any issues to the team leader, as needed **Key Responsibilities** * Make high-volume outbound calls to potential new members and explain the benefits of our health and wellness services * Follow a call script without sounding like you're reading off of it – making it sound like your own and being engaging on the phone * Set up packages of appointments with Registered Dietitians * Address any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition, and escalate any issues to the team leader, as needed * Meet or exceed daily call targets and sales goals * Provide exceptional customer service and support to members * Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum of 6 months of experience working remotely in a customer service, outbound sales, or outbound support role * Experience in a high-volume outbound calling role with the ability to make 75+ calls a day without getting burned out * Experience using a MacBook or iMac (Apple laptop/Desktop) in a professional work environment * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities * Ability to work independently but efficiently from home * Bilingual in English and Spanish * Reliable personal computer/laptop running Windows 11 or MacOS 12.7.4 or higher that can be used for this job **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Zendesk or Athena Health * Proficient in Google Suite applications * Previous experience working in healthcare/wellness company or a strong passion for health, wellness, and fitness **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive hourly rate of $17/hour * Opportunity to work remotely with a dynamic and supportive team * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching * Paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options * 401k retirement account access with employer matching * Paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and charismatic individual with a passion for health and wellness, we want to hear from you!
