**What You'll Be Doing**

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
* Resolving customer issues with empathy and compassion, ensuring a positive experience every time
* Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement and excellence

**What You Bring to the Role**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a reliable smartphone or device for daily log-in
* A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset for clear communication
