**Your Role**
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the face of careerzynith, delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide answers and resolutions to customers' issues
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Bilingual skills in English and Spanish**: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
* **6 months or more of customer service experience**: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* **Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines**: You'll understand the importance of maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
* **High school diploma or equivalent**: You'll have a solid educational foundation and a strong work ethic.
* **Computer experience**: You'll be comfortable using technology to communicate with customers and access information.
* **High-speed internet**: You'll need a reliable internet connection to work from home.
* **USB wired headset**: You'll need a headset to communicate with customers effectively.
* **Smart phone or tablet**: You'll need a device to access our systems and communicate with customers.
