**What You'll Be Doing**

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers at careerzynith. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide answers and resolutions for customers' issues
* Utilizing your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
* Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**What You Bring to the Role**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* At least 6 months of customer service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong computer skills and high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps)
* A smartphone or device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily login
* A caring and supportive nature, with a passion for helping others

**About the Remote Work Opportunity**

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the ability to work from anywhere in the United States (except for the following states: AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States). Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need.
