About Our Remote USA Team
Our arenaflex work-from-home team is spread across 40 preferred residency states, and we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce that respects and empowers the cultures and perspectives within our global teams. We are currently not hiring from AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. However, residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered based on special business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you will be the spark that brightens days and makes a real difference in patients' lives. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues with compassion, and consult on products with a smile. Your typical day will involve:
Answering incoming communications from customers
Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
Providing exceptional patient experiences that exceed expectations
Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our mission
What You Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role, you will need:
To be bilingual in English and Spanish
6 months or more of customer service experience
Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
A high school diploma or equivalent
Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in
