About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities

Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Escalate/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more as needed
Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing excellent customer service and support
Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Provide feedback on call issues, helping to identify areas for improvement and optimize our customer service processes


Qualifications
We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bilingual Spanish/English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
6 months of call center experience is preferred, but not required
Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Strong listening skills, with the ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment


Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need to meet the following internet connection requirements:

Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
Proof of internet speed required
Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
