Responsibilities
Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Escalate/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more as needed
Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and detailed records
Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and services
Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish/English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
6 months of Call Center experience is preferred, but not required
Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Availability to work various shifts, with the ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment
Strong listening skills, with the ability to work in a constantly changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need:
A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms, with proof of internet speed required
