About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner Escalate, transfer, or complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more as needed Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing a positive and supportive experience for our customers Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Provide feedback on call issues, helping us to continuously improve our services and processes Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Bilingual Spanish/English required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages High School Diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience 6 months of Call Center experience is preferred, but not essential Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a strong ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment Strong listening skills, with the ability to use active listening techniques to resolve customer issues Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications and requirements listed above, the following skills and competencies are essential for success in this role: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to adapt to new situations and challenges Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
