We're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills, so you can reach your full potential. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. * Connecting with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns. * Escalating, transferring, or completing conference calls with banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more. * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * Providing feedback on call issues. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
