We believe in empowering our employees to reach their full potential and achieve their career goals. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: • **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. • **Calmly Resolving Issues**: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing empathetic and professional support. • **Escalating Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. • **Providing Feedback**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing feedback on call issues. • **Upselling**: Upsell when required, ensuring that customers are aware of available products and services. • **Maintaining Accurate Records**: Ensure that all customer interactions are accurately documented and recorded. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need: • **Bilingual (English & Spanish) Fluency**: Fluently speak both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills. • **Remote Work Experience**: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment. • **Customer Service Experience**: 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. • **Age Requirement**: Be at least 18 years old. • **Typing Speed**: Ability to type 25 wpm. • **Education**: High School Graduate or GED. • **Computer Skills**: Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems. • **Problem-Solving Skills**: Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations. • **Organization and Prioritization**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. **Work from Home Requirements** To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require: • **Internet Connection**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 MBPS and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 MBPS. • **ISP Requirements**: No packet loss and a ping under 30MS. • **Proof of Internet Speed**: Provide proof of internet speed to ensure that you meet our requirements. • **Clean and Quiet Workspace**: Ensure that your workspace is clean, quiet, and free from distractions. **Be Part of Our arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that is conducive to happiness and a healthy work-life balance.
