**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering legendary customer service that sets us apart from the competition. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology. * Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat

* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
