We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Duarte, CA. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and provide timely resolutions to their issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Help customers navigate careerzynith's products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with careerzynith's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience working in a call center or customer support environment
