**Position Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology
* Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat

**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
* Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills

* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
