**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual individual to join our customer support team as a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our cutting-edge technology. **Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights, your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology
* Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat

**Minimum Requirements**
