**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
