**Position Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* **Processing Customer Orders**: Use our world-class technology to process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries.
* **Product Expertise**: Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
* **Building Business Relationships**: Build strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, understanding their needs and recommending careerzynith's best solutions.
* **Customer Navigation**: Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Minimum Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication skills are essential.
* **Prior Customer Service Experience**: While prior customer service experience is a plus, we'll train you if you're eager to learn!
* **Bilingual (English / Spanish)**: Fluency in both verbal and written forms is required.
