**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative with careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to clients in both English and Spanish. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support to clients in both English and Spanish via phone
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize strong communication and de-escalation skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless customer support experiences
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to clients
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer support experience in a call center or similar environment
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
