About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Support Online Chat Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users through live chat, phone, and email. You'll be the face of our company, and we're looking for someone who is not only technically savvy but also passionate about our mission and values.
