Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling incoming client calls professionally in both English and Spanish * Resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly * Maintaining clear communication channels between clients and technicians * Providing timely updates and follow-ups * Creating and sending accurate quotes and invoices * Managing accounts receivable * Maintaining organized financial records in QuickBooks * Processing billing and payments efficiently * Coordinating with field technicians for job details * Managing scheduling and follow-ups * Maintaining detailed documentation of all communications * Organizing and updating client records * Utilizing various communication channels, including phone, email, messaging platforms, and text messages, for efficient coordination * Ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions * Monitoring and verifying service completion * Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction * Tracking and resolving any discrepancies in billing or service **Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills, knowledge, and expertise: * Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) * Proven experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience * Experience in creating quotes and managing invoices * Demonstrated ability in accounts receivable management * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Quick problem-solving abilities * Proficiency in QuickBooks * Outstanding multitasking capabilities * Natural ability to build rapport with clients * Adaptability in fast-paced environments * Strong sense of ownership and responsibility **Your Superpowers** As a Bilingual Customer Support & Bookkeeping Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to develop and utilize your skills in the following areas: * Excellence in both English and Spanish communication * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Quick problem-solving abilities * Proficiency in QuickBooks * Outstanding multitasking capabilities * Natural ability to build rapport with clients * Adaptability in fast-paced environments * Strong sense of ownership and responsibility **What to Expect** As a freelance, remote employee at arenaflex, you can expect: * A remote position with a flexible schedule * A quiet and dedicated workspace at home * A reliable internet connection and a computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up * A headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam * A back-up computer and internet connection * Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters * 40 hours per week * $7 per hour * No benefits package included **Benefits** While we do not offer a benefits package, we provide a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.
