Your role will be to provide empathetic and culturally sensitive support, helping people in need find local food resources. Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to inbound text messages and occasional phone calls with warmth, clarity, and cultural humility * Listening without judgment and referring clients to appropriate food resources * Collaborating closely with a small, passionate remote team to ensure seamless support * Utilizing your exceptional communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Your strong communication skills, deep empathy, and patience will be essential in providing exceptional support to our clients. Additionally, you'll need: * A typing speed of 50+ WPM * Reliable computer, strong internet, and a quiet place to work * Experience in customer service, hospitality, or community care is a plus * Must be located in Maryland, Texas, or Georgia and available during Eastern Time hours **Schedule** As a part-time remote employee, you'll work 16-20 hours per week, with shifts falling between 9am-6pm ET. Your primary coverage will be Tuesday-Thursday and weekends (Saturday + Sunday), with flexible scheduling to cover other weekdays as needed.
