Our comprehensive Total Rewards package includes competitive compensation, health care benefits, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and much more. **The Opportunity** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner * Problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume * Learning and working in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day * Communicating with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders * Navigating multiple systems and screens while assisting customers * Troubleshooting own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed) * Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours * Reporting to an assigned supervisor **System Requirements** To ensure a great experience for our customers, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include: * A self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System (Windows 10) and not older than 3 years * A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset) * High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option) * Standard copper line phone service from a local phone company or bundled service from your internet provider **Training Schedule** Your arenaflex career begins with a paid (5) week training period where full attendance and participation are required through the duration of the training.
