**Job Summary**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, answering product and solutions questions, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, have prior customer service experience, and are eager to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services
* Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Availability to work various on-site shifts
