**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing legendary service to our customers and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
