**The Role**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Responding to requests for assistance, processing payments, and tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues and contributing to process improvements
* Upselling products or services as required, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth
**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision
* 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* High school graduate or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to type 25 words per minute, with excellent oral and written communication skills
* Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation
* Proven logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
* Over 18 years of age, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
