About the Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
1 year of call center experience (preferred)
Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing 30+ words per minute, copy/paste, and opening tabs (required)
Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required)
Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
Residency in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
