* Explain contract details to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage and benefits

* Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
* Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and meetings with management, utilizing camera usage to stay connected and engaged with the team

* General computer and typing skills, with proficiency in software applications and systems
