You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing answers, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving issues with a smile. Your role will be to make a difference between an average and exceptional customer experience. **A Typical Day** • Answer incoming communications from customers in Spanish and English • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **What You Bring to the Role** • At least 1 year of customer service experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English • Computer experience • High-speed internet connection (>25mbps).
