**Job Summary**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish (2nd Shift) at careerzynith, you will play a crucial role in supporting and building trust with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to service their unique needs while also offering available products. **Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish (2nd Shift), you will be responsible for:

* **Service customer inquiries and provide solutions to their unique needs**: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary responsibility will be to service their needs and provide them with solutions to their problems.
* **Offer available products to customers based on their requirements**: You will be knowledgeable about our products and services, and you will be able to offer customers the best solutions to meet their needs.
* **Build and maintain trust with customers through effective communication and problem-solving**: You will be responsible for building and maintaining trust with our customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
* **Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of insurance products and services**: You will receive comprehensive training that will provide you with a solid foundation of insurance knowledge, ensuring that you feel confident in serving our customers effectively.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* **Two years post-secondary education or higher**: A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service, is preferred.
* **In lieu of the above, a minimum of two years relevant work experience**: If you have relevant work experience, you may be considered for this role even if you do not have a degree.

**Nice-to-haves**

While not required, the following qualifications are desirable:

* **Bilingual in Spanish**: You will be working with customers who speak Spanish, so proficiency in this language is essential.
* **Customer service experience**: You will have experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
