**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Promote careerzynith products and services to customers, including our wide range of shipping, packaging, and business supplies
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
* Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer complaints
* Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
