We offer a range of free learning and leadership development programs designed to help you achieve your career goals. **Key Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will: * Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language * Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues * Follow, document, and retrieve information in databases * Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices * Preferably have knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or a comparable technology * Offer additional products and services * Provide expert customer experiences with a smile **Qualifications** Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will bring value and success to every customer interaction.
