Job Summary We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our remote team. As a bilingual representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls from consumers, and addressing their billing inquiries, payments, credits, fraud alerts, and internet and mortgage servicing concerns.
