* Providing accurate and timely information to customers, sales personnel, and distributors
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
* Utilizing various software systems, including Outlook, SAP, and Esker, to manage customer interactions and data
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process transactions and manage customer data accurately and efficiently
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
* Utilize software systems to manage customer interactions and data
* Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
**What We're Looking For**
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A college or university diploma/degree
* Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
* Strong keyboard and data entry skills (minimum 30 wpm)
* A team-oriented mindset, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
