This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Use problem-solving skills and expertise to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs * Work independently, using your initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues and provide solutions * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including their features, benefits, and limitations * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to improve customer service and drive business growth * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 18 years of age or older * High School Diploma or GED * Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections * Excellent Communications skills * Desire to actively engage and listen to customers * Exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution * Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently and apply those learnings in real-time * Ability to speak fluently in Spanish and English **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment * Experience working with a diverse range of customers and products * Knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams **Equipment Requirements** * OS: Windows 10/11 * CPU: 2-core @ 2.00GHz (base clock speed, not turbo/"up to" frequency) * RAM: 8GB * Hard Drive Free Space: 5GB * Internet Speeds: 20 Mbps down/10 Mbps up via DSL, Cable, Fiber connection.
