Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing a wide range of inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services. Your primary objective will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to our clients, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to federal, state, and client guidelines. Key Responsibilities

Answer all questions and guide borrowers through the application process, ensuring a seamless and informative experience
Update consumers' account information during and after each call, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Identify payment options and setup payment arrangements as appropriate, providing personalized solutions to meet our clients' needs
Initiate effective outbound calls and receive inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Produce and arrange payment solutions for customers, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
Provide account updates to management as appropriate, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned
Ensure client/company quality standards are met, adhering to compliance expectations and federal, state, and local laws
Work assigned group of accounts, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Assure the best interests of arenaflex are maintained, promoting a positive and professional image in all interactions
Provide management with information on any suspected work or personnel problems, contributing to a culture of transparency and continuous improvement


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service billing experience preferred
Basic Microsoft Office applications, with excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen as permitted by law
Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to interact professionally with management, subordinates, and clients
Normal or corrected vision to read computer screens and printouts, with normal or corrected hearing to be able to hear customers and co-workers in person and via telephone
Full range of motion in wrists, fingers, and thumbs, with ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, billing, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Working knowledge of billing practices and techniques, with ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with ability to handle problems and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
A strong sense of teamwork and cooperation, with ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
Spanish language proficiency, with ability to communicate effectively with bilingual clients and stakeholders
