**Responsibilities**

* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
* At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
* The ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills
* A comfort level with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and find effective solutions
