We're now seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service to our customers. **Job Summary:** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in resolving borrower inquiries on current mortgage loans, providing high-quality service, and adhering to regulatory requirements. As a bilingual representative, you'll handle inquiries in the customer's preferred language, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to navigate their mortgage journey. **Work Schedule:** Our team works Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST, with one Saturday per month required. We understand the importance of work-life balance, and we're committed to providing a flexible schedule that allows you to meet your personal and professional goals. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Respond to borrower inbound calls concerning their account, ensuring high-quality service, adhering to productivity, and regulatory requirements. * Research customer issues and work towards resolution when needed. Update servicing system with relevant notes/comments. * Prioritize the needs of the business, completing assigned outbound calls as inbound call volume permits. * Complete follow-up tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution. * Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. **Position Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent required * General call center experience preferred * Experience with loan servicing a plus * Experience using specified second language in a professional capacity is preferred. Language testing may be required. **Functional/Technical Skills:** * Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and specified second language. * Strong customer service skills * Ability to problem-solving * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively * Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications **Environmental/Physical Demands:** Work is typically performed in a standard office environment.
