**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting with case-related questions. Your professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail will help build and maintain strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist clients with questions regarding their personal injury cases, providing accurate and timely information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and meetings.
• Maintain and update client records in our case management system.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure clients' needs are met.
• Handle client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.

**Essential Qualifications**

• Bilingual: 1 year of experience (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year of experience (Required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working in a law firm or legal environment
• Knowledge of personal injury law and procedures
• Experience with case management software
• Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
