**Job Summary**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and solutions expertise. You'll be the face of careerzynith, providing world-class service to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. **Key Responsibilities**

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate information to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
* Certification in customer service or a related field
