**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
