**Job Summary**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and order fulfillment. You'll be the face of our company, providing world-class service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities**

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using cutting-edge technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure seamless shopping experiences
* Develop product and solutions expertise to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
