**Position Responsibilities:**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
* Develop product and solutions expertise, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently and efficiently.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support.
**Minimum Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
