As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also have the opportunity to work with our clients' services, including new account setup, account updates, and route information for Xpress coach bus services. **Key Responsibilities** As a bilingual customer service representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Receiving and responding to customer telephone calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner * Opening new accounts and managing existing accounts * Providing toll lane information, including location and entry/exit points * Assisting customers with planning the best route for their commute on Xpress coach bus services * Opening cases for escalated issues and resolving problems through effective communication and problem-solving skills * Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as needed * Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution goals **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in a customer service call center environment * Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication skills) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Organized, self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented * Ability to work under minimal direct supervision * Ability to prioritize duties quickly and effectively * Positive attitude and team-player mindset * Understanding of business urgency **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Knowledge of Xpress coach bus services and toll lane systems * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Certification in customer service or a related field * Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, Vietnamese, etc.) **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
