**Job Responsibilities**

As a bilingual customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering phone calls, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective way
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
* Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure a positive outcome
* Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently
* Developing rapport with customers through friendly, upbeat, and positive interactions
* Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferably in a call center environment)
* Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
* Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
* Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken)
* Residency in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, we're looking for candidates with:

* 1 year of call center experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer to create an exceptional experience
* Friendly, confident, and self-starting attitude
* Positive and quick troubleshooter
