**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. This is a full-time contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Answer customer questions and provide product information
* Work closely with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Fluency in English and Portuguese required
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
