Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
Demonstrate attention to detail and good organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient customer service delivery
Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear and concise information
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Meet and exceed customer service metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality standards


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; AA or bachelor's degree preferred
Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish speaking skills are an added advantage
Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving performance metrics


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a call center environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
