We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Frisco, TX. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and friendly support via phone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities**

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and ordering assistance to customers

**Essential Qualifications**
