**What You'll Do in This Role**

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will:

* Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
* Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
* Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices; Knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
* Offer additional products and/or services
* Deliver expert customer experiences... with a smile

**Your Qualifications**

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will bring value and success to every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our remote Customer Service Representative role include:

* Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or technical certification
* Ability to speak fluently in French and English
* Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in French and English
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* High school diploma or GED
* A quiet and distraction-free environment to work from home
* Rapid multitasking skills
* Desire to learn new technologies
* Solid computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
* A desktop computer or laptop to perform PC and Internet tests; A work computer may be provided depending on the offered position, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in more detail with a recruiter)
* High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
