Key Responsibilities As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Developing knowledge of systems and application trainings associated with policy processing to provide accurate and efficient support Responding to basic inquiries from agents, agency staff, and customers related to policies and accounts, with supervision Attending training sessions and obtaining licenses to acquire skills needed to transition to the next level Providing input on process improvement ideas for customer and agent support processes Following procedures and continuous process improvement standard work to ensure high-quality service delivery Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish Typing/keyboarding skills of at least 30 words per minute Proficiency in various PC software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, and Outlook Strong math skills, including multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction Ability to pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing, and conversing fluently in both Spanish and English Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Property & Casualty (P&C) License Prior experience in the insurance industry or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
